Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026.

This policy explains information handling for WendysMenuCanada.com, an independent menu information website. For privacy questions, email wendysmenucanada@gmail.com.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate corrections and handle your request.

Please do not send payment-card details, account passwords, gift-card codes or unnecessary personal information. Redact receipts before sharing them.

Technical information

Website hosting and security systems may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times. Such information can be used to deliver pages, investigate errors and protect the website against abuse.

WordPress may use cookies for authorized administrator sign-in and related site functions. Browser settings let you review, block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary cookies can affect some functions.

Comments and embedded content

If a page allows comments, information entered in the comment form may be collected, together with technical information used for spam prevention. Only submit information you are comfortable making public in the comment itself.

Pages containing third-party embedded content may allow that provider to receive technical information or use cookies. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to its processing. Ordinary external links take you to another service when you follow them.

Advertising, including Google AdSense

This website may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, if enabled. When Google advertising is used, Google and other vendors may use cookies based on visits to this and other websites. These cookies can support personalized advertising by Google and its partners.

You can manage Google personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Information about participating advertising companies and opt-out choices is available through AboutAds.

Google explains its processing in its Privacy Policy. Any additional advertising vendors will be identified in the applicable consent notice or an updated policy before they are enabled.

Where consent is required for optional tracking, the relevant choices must be offered before that tracking is enabled. Browser cookie controls do not replace a website’s consent obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, security and other functions actually used on the site. Our contact address uses Gmail, whose provider processes messages under its own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address abuse and protect legal rights. An external ordering service receives information you provide directly to it; we do not process your restaurant payment through this website.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements and legitimate security needs. Different providers may have their own retention practices.

No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for a website enquiry.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. The rights available and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need information sufficient to verify and locate the request.

If you have a concern, email the address above with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification process has first been explained.

International processing

Website and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries can have different privacy laws. This policy does not claim that all information remains in Canada.

Children and changes

This website is a general information resource and is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

We may update this policy when website functions or information practices change. The effective date identifies the latest published version.
